Thank you for your interest in the Cardus Education Study!

       We invite you to participate in a survey of high school administrators in the United States and Canada. Your participation will help us gain an accurate picture of the goals, mission, and challenges faced by religious high schools. 

The survey includes questions about your school's mission and climate, curriculum, financing, decision-making, and relations with other organizations. It also asks for some basic demographic  information about you and your school.  You may skip any question you prefer not to answer.

The survey will take about 45 minutes to complete. You can do part of the survey, and finish the rest later (your answers and place in the survey will be saved for you). 

Your survey answers are completely confidential. They will not be released to any other organization or party.  Any materials that are published or reported from this study will be written in a manner that makes the identification of participants and participating schools impossible.

Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary.  There are no consequences for choosing not to participate in this study or for choosing to discontinue your participation at any time. Your completion of the online survey will indicate that you have chosen to participate in this study.
